These Terms of Use govern your use of Wonder Rescue, operated by CHRISTANBOOKSTORE, INC., doing business as CT Games ("we", "us"). How we handle your data is described in our separate Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance
By playing Wonder Rescue you agree to these Terms. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has agreed to them.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the game for non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer the game's code or assets.
3. Virtual Items and Purchases
Gold, Energy, boosters, chests and animals are virtual items. They are licensed, not sold, have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred between accounts. Gold can be earned in play or bought with TikTok Beans. Purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. We may change or discontinue virtual items.
4. Raids and Social Features
Other players can raid your sanctuary and take a share of your virtual resources, and you can raid theirs. Invite and help links grant virtual rewards as shown in the game. Your display name and profile picture (if you allowed them) are shown to other players.
5. Prohibited Conduct
Do not use cheats, bots, hacks or third-party tools; exploit bugs; create multiple accounts to abuse rewards; or violate TikTok's Community Guidelines. We may suspend accounts or remove items obtained this way.
6. Changes to the Game
We may update, rebalance, test different settings with groups of players, or discontinue the game or any feature.
7. Intellectual Property
All game content, including graphics, characters, audio and code, belongs to us or our licensors.
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The game is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of data, progress or virtual items, or for indirect damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, except where local consumer law requires otherwise.

本利用規約は、CHRISTANBOOKSTORE, INC.（CT Gamesとして事業を営む。以下「当社」）が運営する「Wonder Rescue」の利用条件を定めるものです。データの取り扱いについては、別文書のプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
1. 同意
本ゲームをプレイすることにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。18歳未満の方は、保護者または法定後見人の同意を得ていることを確認してください。
2. ライセンス
非商業的な娯楽目的に限り、個人的・非独占的・譲渡不可・取消可能なプレイのライセンスを付与します。ゲームのコードやアセットの複製・改変・配布・リバースエンジニアリングは禁止します。
3. 仮想アイテムと購入
ゴールド、エネルギー、ブースター、宝箱、動物は仮想アイテムです。販売ではなくライセンスとして提供され、現実の価値はなく、換金やアカウント間の譲渡はできません。ゴールドはプレイで獲得するか、TikTok Beansで購入できます。購入は確定後、法令で義務付けられる場合を除き返金できません。当社は仮想アイテムを変更・廃止する場合があります。
4. 襲撃とソーシャル機能
他のプレイヤーはあなたの保護区を襲撃して仮想資源の一部を獲得でき、あなたも他のプレイヤーを襲撃できます。招待・応援リンクにはゲーム内に表示される仮想報酬があります。許可された場合、表示名とプロフィール画像が他のプレイヤーに表示されます。
5. 禁止行為
チート、ボット、ハック、第三者ツールの使用、バグの悪用、報酬目的の複数アカウント作成、TikTokコミュニティガイドラインへの違反を禁止します。違反した場合、アカウントの停止や不正に得たアイテムの削除を行うことがあります。
6. ゲームの変更
当社は、ゲームの更新、バランス調整、プレイヤーグループごとの設定テスト、ゲームや機能の終了を行う場合があります。
7. 知的財産
グラフィック、キャラクター、音声、コードを含むすべてのゲームコンテンツは、当社またはライセンサーに帰属します。
8. 免責と責任の制限
本ゲームは現状有姿で提供されます。法令で認められる最大限の範囲で、データ・進行状況・仮想アイテムの損失や間接的損害について当社は責任を負いません。
9. 準拠法
本規約はカナダ・アルバータ州法に準拠します。ただし、居住地の消費者保護法が別途定める場合を除きます。
