1. Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Wonder Rescue and the related website, which are operated by CHRISTANBOOKSTORE, INC., doing business as CT Games.
Welcome to Wonder Rescue. By accessing or playing our game through the TikTok Mini Game platform, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By clicking "Play" or accessing "Wonder Rescue," you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to play this game.

3. Grant of License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use "Wonder Rescue" for non-commercial, entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the game’s code or assets.

4. Virtual Items, Currency, and Purchases
"Wonder Rescue" features virtual currency ("Gold") and virtual collectibles ("Animal Collection").
Gold can be obtained through gameplay or purchased using TikTok Beans, TikTok’s virtual currency, via in-app purchase.
These items are licensed to you, not sold. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or legal tender.
All purchases are final. Except as required by applicable law, Gold and virtual items are non-refundable once granted to your account.
Virtual items cannot be transferred between different user accounts.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any virtual item or currency at any time.

5. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, or any third-party software designed to interfere with the game experience.
Exploit bugs or glitches for competitive advantage.
Engage in any behavior that violates TikTok’s Community Guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property
All game content, including but not limited to 3D models, graphics, UI design, sound effects, music, and source code, are the exclusive property of CT Games under Chrisbookstore, INC. Unauthorized use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
"Wonder Rescue" is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss of data or gameplay progress.

This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile game Wonder Rescue developed and operated by CHRISTANBOOKSTORE, INC.

Server-Side Storage: "Wonder Rescue" stores your game data (Gold, Energy, Collection progress) on our secure servers. This allows your progress to be synced across sessions.
TikTok OpenID: We use a unique, anonymized identifier (OpenID) provided by TikTok to identify your account on our servers. This does not grant us access to your personal information such as your name, email, or phone number.
Purchase Records: If you make in-app purchases using TikTok Beans, your order records and Gold balance are stored on our servers to ensure accurate fulfillment.

2. How We Use Information
We use the stored information solely to:
Maintain and save your game progress.
Unlock achievements and manage your "Animal Collection" library.
Process and verify in-app purchases.
Analyze game performance and balance difficulty levels.

3. Third-Party Services
As a TikTok Mini Game, TikTok may collect certain diagnostic and usage data as governed by the TikTok Privacy Policy. In-app purchases are processed through TikTok’s Beans system. We recommend reviewing TikTok’s privacy settings to understand how they manage your data.

4. Children’s Privacy
